Boy

my son is 7yrs old... he still shits his pants on a regualr basis. Bright side, he doesn't wet the bed, light fires, or torture animals...

Lost the electricity to the post where the pool pump is plugged in... no big deal, we still haven't figured out the leak yet. Good news is that the water seems to have stabilized, about 4 feet below deck...

Van: discovered a puddle last month, had now idea what the stuff that was leaking, it was clear and smelled of rubber... I think it's coolant, but it leaks about half way down the chassis. I took it out to deliver some stuff to our oldest in Peterborough (starting school without financing secured and not a penny to his name, partied it up all summer, that's another post in itself). anyway, the van's engine temp gauge was in the red most of the way there and back... took it out again this past week, for a short run, and it was still overheating... yup, guess it was coolant...

went out a few minutes ago mow our lawn, and guess what... our lawn tractor won't start.. I'm no mechanic... it cranks, somewhat, but used to start right up, now it don't..

It never ends...

There's been a rash of accidents involving cyclists lately, I think I'm going to take out my bike and see how it's running...

Sick.... again...

Day 4 of coughing.. sure hope I don't develop pneumonia, had it for4 weeks over Christmas. Took 2 rounds of heavy guns antibiotics that time too.

now that we're back to work, we aren't home to run the hose to keep the water level up in the pool. Took a couple of days for it lower below the skimmer... definitely a leak, swimming is over for the season, and possibly for good.

*sigh*

and the beat goes on...

not much has changed since my last update..

there was a teat in the pool liner, must of happened with the wonky winter we had, freezing thawing all winter long... stressed the liner around one of the return jets and it ripped. Cost $400 to fix it and had to drain the pool well bellow the tear to be fixed. Cost almost a grand to fill it back up... at a time when we didn't have much money. AND we suspect a leak in the pool as the water level drops about an inch a day, have to run the garden hose pretty much all the time (45 min on, 20 min off) putting a strain on our old water pump (not too mention risking drying up our well, good thing we're on a high watertable)

The tree behind our garage died a few years ago and needs to come down, another grand or rish my life to bring it down myself... latter will win as we have no money...

and the electricity went in the garage last fall, still can't fix it, I'm no electrician.

The wife is spending money like there's no tomorrow.. charging it to her work credit card... hope she doesn't get caught... people were dismissed for doing the same... and making commitments that we can't afford either... then turning around and bitching about being poor all the time, no frigging kidding...

life goes on... we still have food and rood over our heads (not insured of course) and a decent car to drive (only because we took on a hefty loan to pay for it). We picked it up from one of those "we finance anybody" places...
