Well, the wife and I have taken the 1st step for our new
lifestyle, the PC way of stating we're on a diet. Under a doctor's care,
Dr Bishop if you wanted to know. Could be interesting.
Day 1 is a good
start, coffee, just cream, for me and tea, milk and NO SUGAR, for the
wife, not a big change for me, but a huge one for her, she usually gets a large
french vanilla cappuccino and if she does get tea dumps heaping spoonful’s
of sugar.... and no doughnuts, yay us.
So the goal for me
is to lose 94 lbs. (I had it in mind about 100) so the doctor and I are on the
same page.
Low carb - high
protein, 1700 calories a day is the plan.... stay tuned dear readers...
not that I have any LOL...
